experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager
to join our boutique team in
Cork
.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Support
Assist the Store Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Contribute to creating a positive and high-performing team culture.
Client Engagement & Consultation
Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised, consultative selling.
Support and coach the team on luxury service standards and relationship building.
Product Knowledge & Training
Develop in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship.
Train and inspire the team to communicate product stories with confidence and passion.
Sales Performance
Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Ensure individual and team performance aligns with commercial objectives.
Customer Experience
Resolve client inquiries and escalations with professionalism and care.
Uphold the highest level of service and aftercare at every stage of the client journey.
Brand Ambassadorship
Represent Austen & Blake with professionalism, elegance, and enthusiasm.
Ensure the boutique environment reflects our brand's luxury standards.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in
luxury retail
, ideally within the
jewellery sector
Proven success in
team leadership
and
achieving sales targets
Experience working with
high-end clientele
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and a polished, professional presentation
Adaptable, results-driven, and passionate about luxury craftsmanship
