About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to oversee daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain high hygiene standards in our busy Play Centre & Café.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily operations in the soft play centre and café
* Delivery of excellent customer service
* Cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards
* Stock management and ordering
* Preparation and serving of food and drinks in the café
* Party bookings and staff supervision
* Scheduling and managing part-time staff
Requirements:
* Fully qualified driver with own vehicle
* Strong organisational skills
* Friendly and professional customer service manner
Training and Qualifications:
* First Responder Training
* TUSLA Training
* Manual Handling Certification
* HACCP Levels 1-3 Certification
* Fire Safety Training
* Garda Vetting
