Job Description
The role of Global Logistics Coordinator plays a vital part in our EMEA Customer Supply Chain. Key responsibilities include planning shipments into EMEA, understanding business and country requirements related to freight forwarding, communicating with management and teams, and maintaining compliance with trade regulations.
Key Tasks:
1. Maintain a comprehensive mapping guide for easy reference across functions.
2. Align with other entities and manage trade compliance for EMEA countries.
3. Forecast volumes for key orders and create delivery plans.
4. Ensure all trade compliance is met for EMEA countries.
5. Manage allocation processes within the warehouse and execute process improvement projects.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Analytical skills.
* Logistics experience, particularly in distribution.
* Knowledge of customs and trade compliance.
* Basic project management skills.
