The Key Role of a Logistics Stock Assistant
The Logistics Stock Assistant plays a vital part in our fast-paced warehouse operation.
* Carrying out the daily order picking and dispatching of goods involves efficient organization and time management skills.
* Unload containerized goods on a daily basis, utilizing appropriate lifting techniques to avoid injury.
* Barcode and scan all stock movements from goods in to dispatch, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
* Understand, implement, and carry out all relevant company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Order Picking and Dispatching: Proficient in carrying out daily order picking and dispatching tasks with minimal supervision.
* Container Unloading: Familiarity with safe container unloading practices.
* Inventory Management: Skilled in barcoding and scanning stock movements for accurate inventory tracking.
* Health and Safety: Understanding of company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
