As a Chef de Partie, you will be required to:
* Assist our chefs with the overall running of the kitchen
* Monitor HACCP procedures and hygiene standards
* Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation
* Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your assigned section.
* Assist in developing new menu items and specials.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
* Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to minimize waste.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
* Ensure consistency in portion sizes and food quality.
* Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
* Follow health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
* Experience in pub food or casual dining is a plus.
* Passion for cooking and attention to detail.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
* Fluent in English (German is a plus).
* Must have EU Passport
