Business Growth Representative
The primary objective of this role is to execute coordinated outreach campaigns, incorporating both phone calls and strategic digital communications, including email and connections on professional platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish relationships with prospective merchants across various channels, generating and uncovering new opportunities at scale and velocity.
* Perform initial needs assessments of prospects while identifying existing pain points to determine how the platform could address those needs.
* Maintain accurate records for all activities in Salesforce.
* Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on current trends, opportunities, and competition.
* Expand contact lists within targeted accounts using tools like Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, and other methods.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team goals in a professional setting.
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both individually and as part of a team, in a dynamic sales environment.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and Gong Engage is beneficial.
