Job Title: Administration Officer
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform document control tasks, including completing change control processes and ensuring consistency between digital and hard copies.
* Issue air traffic control, AIS, and engineering notices, updating the ATC Electronic Briefing System and safety-related documentation as needed.
* Provide administrative support to various units, including taking meeting notes, handling general office duties, and drafting correspondence.
* Assist with unit safety management, training activities, and maintenance of staff training records.
* Complete accurate and timely public holiday and overtime reports, sick leave records, and medical certificates as required.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Where required, perform the role of Document Controller for the Shannon Enroute and AIS Operations.
* Issue Air Traffic Control, AIS, and Engineering notices, including updating of the ATC Electronic Briefing System and the Safety related documentation to the Regulator and the Safety Management Unit.
* Provide administrative support as required to Shannon Enroute, AIS, and Technical Services Operational Engineering Unit Management.
* Completing and issuing standards forms, memos, letters, and responses to queries etc.
* Provide administrative support to the Unit Safety Manager in the administration of all safety related activities for the Shannon Operation Unit.
* Provide administrative support to the Unit Training Manager in the administration of all Shannon training activities including the maintenance of staff training records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a busy administrative position.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, etc.)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
