Salary: €36,605 p.a.
Weekly Hours: 39 hrs
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of cookie doughs in accordance with recipes.
• Ensure all products are baked to perfection, meeting company standards for taste and appearance.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and workspaces, adhering to health and
safety regulations.
• Monitor oven temperatures and timing to ensure optimal baking conditions.
• Scale and portion doughs for consistency in product size and weight.
• Assisting with decorating or finishing cookies.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Assist with packaging and preparing cookies for shipment or delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new cookie flavors and recipes.
• Ensure that all cookies are produced efficiently, on time, and in accordance with daily production
targets.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
