Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Site Administrator, primarily based in Cork. The Site Administrator will be responsible for daily administrative tasks such as managing project documentation, coordinating with on-site and remote teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves monitoring project progress, scheduling meetings, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
* Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in relevant computer software and tools
* Experience in the construction or structural steel industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
