The role involves reviewing overnight shipment data and warehouse metrics dashboards to identify potential supply gaps. You will schedule video calls with vendors to escalate and coordinate resolutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-regional teams to discuss automation initiatives and present business case analysis.
You will also dive into system integration work by collaborating with IT teams via Slack and email. Your goal is to review User Acceptance Testing plans for new warehouse management system enhancements.
