Job Overview
A leading real estate services firm is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the provision of soft services. The successful candidate will collaborate with all relevant parties to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage contracts for staff, operation, and maintenance of other services.
* Lead a contract team and indirectly manage subcontractors.
* Evaluate and ensure competent teams are in place, with arrangements for effective succession planning.
* Provide leadership, guidance, advice, coaching, and direct support to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
* Deliver effective business communication through reviewing, leadership, and direct contribution to management and team meetings.
* Prepare correspondence, monthly and ad-hoc reporting, and other publications.
* Ensure issues impacting the building and facilities are reported immediately, and collaborate with stakeholders to close out tickets and jobs timely.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant experience in Facilities Management.
* Able to achieve business goals with a concern for working well, surpassing standards of excellence, and passion for challenges.
* Develop strong customer relationships by listening to and satisfying customer needs.
* Establish clear, measurable goals, taking ownership of responsibilities and commitments to those goals, and move others to responsibility for their goals.
* Excellent judgement, decision-making, and influencing skills, particularly in complex and high-pressure situations.
* Comfortable with and embracing new technologies and digital tools.
* Experience with Microsoft Office.
