About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Middleware Engineer to lead our infrastructure middleware design and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design, engineer, and develop middleware solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.
2. Document design specifications and system-related information to ensure seamless integration and maintenance.
3. Install, upgrade, and support middleware software on various platforms, including Linux, Windows, and Unix.
4. Manage configurations and tuning for performance and security, ensuring optimal system operation.
5. Build scripts to automate systems and administrative tasks, streamlining efficiency and reducing manual errors.
6. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
7. Cross-train engineers and document installations and changes to maintain knowledge continuity.
8. Implement automated solutions for API gateway platforms, enhancing scalability and reliability.
The Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
* 5+ years of experience in middleware implementation and support.
* Proficiency in infrastructure products on Linux, Windows, and Unix platforms.
* Experience with scripting and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
* Expertise in integration, caching solutions, and API gateways.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and scripting knowledge (Python, Perl, Ansible).
* Level III support experience for middleware products.
* Knowledge of availability, capacity, and service management concepts.
