Location:IrelandCompany:LP3Role:Junior Project ManagerLP3 is growing, and we're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of renewable energy projects across Ireland. The role is primarily remote, with regular office days, client meetings, and site visits.This role sits right at the centre of the action. You'll work alongside Project Managers, helping to keep projects moving, organised, and on track, while getting hands-on exposure to property, land, legal, GIS, and supporting project delivery across the entire project development cycle. The role offers opportunity for merit based progression.No two days (or projects) are the same. We work with a wide range of clients and project types (wind, solar, battery, grid) which means variety, pace, and real responsibility from day one.What you'll be doingSupporting PMs across live renewable energy projectsKeeping project information clear and up to date (programmes, action trackers, documents registers, risk registers, budget and spend, preparation of client meeting collateral)Report writing -structure, conciseness, and quality control management.Coordinating with internal teams (GIS and Technical, Land, Operations) and external stakeholders (multiple clients)Supporting land, property, and legal workflows alongside land managersWorking with GIS and Technical to support project decisionsHelping identify risks, track costs, and keep things moving forwardLearning fast through interesting projects and supportive colleaguesWhat we're looking forA relevant bachelor's degree (e.g. engineering, planning, geography, environmental studies, property, construction management, or similar)Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasksAn aptitude for digital tools supporting efficient work practices.A clear communicator who prefers straightforward, practical solutionsInterest in renewable energy, infrastructure, land, or development projectsComfortable juggling multiple projects and prioritiesA full, clean driver's licenceLegally entitled to work in IrelandWhy LP3?You'll be trusted with real responsibility, not just adminYou'll work with a supportive team that values clarity, ownership, and doing things properlyYou'll gain exposure to a broad range of clients and renewable projectsA strong foundation for growing into a Project Manager roleCareer development support (mentoring and training).A competitive overall package.Interested parties should send their CV and cover letter to
