We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Plant Fitter based at our location in Ballinscorney, Quarry in Co Dublin.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the maintenance, repair and servicing of site plant and processing equipment in an efficient and safety driven manner.Responsibilities: Maintenance, repair and servicing of fixed & mobile plant and ancillary machinery.
Implementation of a plant wide preventative maintenance programme. Diagnosing Breakdowns and return equipment to service in a timely manner, minimising downtime. Component rebuilds and testing, monitor and record spare part usage. Demonstrate a lead by example approach to all aspects of Health & Safety, be fully compliant with Company Health & Safety: policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times.Skills Required: Time Served Trade or relevant experience in a mechanical discipline. Welding and Fabrication skills highly advantageous.
1 Years minimum within relevant industry (quarry, sand & gravel, concrete, crushed stone, recycling or waste processing).
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
