As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be working within and promoting company values.

An ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, think on their feet, resolve issues quickly and decisively, deliver on promises, have excellent attention to detail, could analyse information and act according to the information presented, and perform under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently. Gather customer information from phone calls.
Answer various customer inquiries via a virtual call centre.
Ensure all customer records are kept up-to-date in accordance with relevant regulations.
Identify, convert or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements for both regulated and non-regulated products.
Requirements:
A minimum of 9 months experience in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm to learn and grow with the organisation.
