Job Title: Community Program Coordinator
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team of individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support a team of participants in achieving their goals and objectives.
* Monitor time and attendance, and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
* Collaborate with local agencies and community groups to identify work placements and opportunities for participants.
* Develop and implement effective strategies for promoting and administering projects.
* Work closely with management and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the program.
* Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the program on an ongoing basis, and make recommendations for improvement.
* Ensure that the work of the program is aligned with the overall mission and goals of the organization.
Requirements:
* Meet the eligibility requirements of the program.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Empathy and understanding of unemployed people and their needs.
* Valid experience of responsibility for health & safety in a previous role.
* Full clean driver's licence and own transport.
* Be computer literate.
