We are now seeking an experienced and driven
Reinstatement Manager
to manage our dedicated reinstatement team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure projects while playing a key role in shaping our continued success.
About the Role
As Reinstatement Manager, you will be responsible for managing road licensing, stakeholder engagement, and reinstatement works to ensure full compliance with contractual requirements while maintaining strong communication with all key parties.
Key Responsibilities
* Review Project contract documentation and determine all traffic & road licensing deliverables and ensure they are met
* Manage all Road Opening License applications and all associated compliance
* Ensure key activities are programmed and highlighted where communications will be required
* Work closely with the customer care manager regarding notifications, road closures etc.
* Programme reinstatement works to meet KPI requirements
* Ensure that disruption to Roads is minimised where possible
* Be the key point of contact for complaints and escalations from queries relating to traffic & road licensing
* Carry out site visits, inspection and audit reports relating to the performance of the reinstatement teams/crews to ensure procedures are aligned with the client's requirements and KPI's are being met
* Liaise and effectively communicate with government and regulatory bodies (AGS, County Councils, Emergency Services etc), to ensure good working relations and continued compliance and reporting
* Prepare all relevant documentation for the monthly management meetings
* Ensure the team adapt to a fast-paced working environment, to support any major changes to the daily working environment i.e., due to weather, staffing issues, Emergency work etc.
* Role is dynamic and not limited to the tasks listed
About You: Experience & Competencies
* Experience working in a similar role.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Confident and self-motivated, with the ability to manage and develop team members
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* A client-focused approach with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
* Full clean driver's licence
* Relevant academic or technical qualification
