Wexford for an experienced Engineering Maintenance Manager to join a modern, highly invested production facility.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, this is a key leadership role with responsibility for the full site maintenance and engineering function, driving operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Lead the Maintenance & Electrical Teams to maximise plant availability and OEE through robust preventative maintenance systems.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Safety, GMP, BRC, and customer audit requirements.
Drive TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and maintenance functions.
Manage maintenance budgets (OPEX & CapEx), including energy, contractors, and project spend.
Develop team capability through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning.
Oversee contractor management, installations, and capital projects to agreed standards.
Play a key role in energy management, sustainability, and CSR initiatives.
Act as a senior stakeholder with customers, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
