Retail Marketing Manager Position Overview

* Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and footfall.
* Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO/SEM strategies and work with content teams to enhance online user experience.
* Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
* Analysis & Reporting: Measure campaign effectiveness and use data to optimise strategies and improve ROI.
Requirements include 8+ years of marketing experience, strong knowledge of omnichannel and eCommerce strategies, excellent communication and analytical skills, and experience in digital marketing and website management.
