Chef Opportunity in Dublin South
We are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in Dublin South. As a Relief Chef, you will be working within various healthcare settings, providing high-quality food and catering services to residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook meals according to current food hygiene regulations and guidelines
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment at all times
* Operate, maintain, and service equipment as per manufacturers' instructions and Health & Safety requirements/recommendations
* Hold professional chef qualifications (e.g., 706'1 or equivalent)
* HACCP Level 2 certification is essential (we can provide training for this)
* Prior experience working within a healthcare environment is beneficial but not required
