Talented and ambitious Financial Advisor to join a well-established and progressive financial advisory firm with offices across Donegal

This role will be based in Buncrana, with responsibility for managing an existing client base across Buncrana and the wider Inishowen area, while also developing new client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain strong relationships with an established client portfolio
* Conduct regular financial reviews with existing clients to identify evolving needs
* Carry out needs analysis with both new and potential clients
* Provide professional, tailored financial advice across Protection, Retirement Planning, Investment, Savings, and Mortgages
* Recommend and implement solutions in line with compliance standards and regulatory requirements
* Deliver ongoing service and support to clients to ensure long-term financial wellbeing
* Work to agreed targets while maintaining the highest standards of client care
* Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to business initiatives
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* QFA qualified (minimum requirement)
* At least 3 years' experience providing financial advice within a financial brokerage or self-employed environment in Ireland
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
