About the Role
* Working Hours: Mon-Thu 5am - 2pm / Friday 5am - 1pm
The Stock Controller will have a portfolio of products to replenish from our suppliers based on a forecast provided by the Demand Planning team and will be responsible for the delivery from the supplier into our warehouse. Full accountability for customer availability and inventory stock holding for the portfolio they are responsible for, they will liaise closely with commercial and build strong influencing relationships with our suppliers to ensure we are getting the very most out of each transaction.
Key Accountabilities
* Maintain, plan and replenish indicated portfolio of products based on deliveries schedules
* Manage that portfolio within availability and inventory KPIs
* Raise and manage purchase orders to our warehouse following established processes
* Manage uplifts from suppliers
* Establish strong relationship with suppliers in cooperation with Stocking Policy, Demand Planning, Commercial and Product Data departments
* Constantly liaise with Goods in / Operational Teams
* Pro-actively communicate any items at risk of impacting customer service
* Feedback on any unfulfilled demand root causes
* Perform tasks as requested by Manager
About you
* Planning experience (supply or demand planning) is desirable, but not essential
* Proficient with computer systems
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
