Solicitors Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Legal Secretary/PA to join our team. This permanent role is based in Limerick and involves providing administrative support to solicitors.
Responsibilities:
1. Clients Liaison: Dealing with clients directly on the phone and in-person, responding to queries and concerns.
2. Appointment Scheduling: Providing appointment arrangements for clients and solicitors.
3. Preparation of Cases: Preparing cases for court proceedings, including gathering documents and data.
4. Audio Typing and Diary Management: Conducting audio typing services and maintaining accurate diary management systems.
5. Administrative Tasks: Performing various administrative tasks, such as archiving and filing documents.
6. Issuing Proceedings: Assisting in the issuing of proceedings and preparation of briefs for hearings at circuit and high court levels.
