We are now seeking an ambitious and hardworking Duty Manager to join our management team. This role involves overseeing late-night wedding celebrations at weekends and managing the smooth running of our busy bar midweek.Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of a busy bar.Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.Lead, train, and support staff to ensure a motivated and efficient team.Make sure food safety and hygiene regulations are always followed.Take responsibility for cash handling, including tills, floats, and the safe.Ensure staff follow the hotel's SOPs and policies.Requirements:Previous food and beverage experience is essential.Experience in managing a team and the ability to train and motivate staff.Strong hands-on work ethic with plenty of energy.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Comfortable working in a busy, customer-focused role.Flexible with hours, including evenings and weekendBenefits:Competitive salary package.Meals provided on duty.Free staff parking on-site.Uniform provided.Opportunity to progress and develop within a busy four-star hotel environment.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Muckross Road, Killarney, CO.
