About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
1. To carry out routine maintenance tasks on all process and facilities equipment, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
2. To identify and rectify any faults or issues with equipment, utilizing technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
3. To maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including completion of work orders and reporting of downtime.
4. To provide support and guidance to other team members as required, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure effective workflow.
5. To contribute to the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
6. To adhere to all relevant safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for self and others.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2 years' experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
* Detailed knowledge of utilities and maintenance facilities, including pneumatic systems and fault-finding diagnostics.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with others.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and guidelines, with ability to apply them effectively in the workplace.
