Link Personnel have partnered with an ambitious international law firm with a growing presence in Ireland. We are a seeking a talented and proactive Marketing & Business Development (MBD) Senior Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth plans, both locally and globally.
We’re looking for someone with initiative, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership over their work. The role reports to the Ireland MBD Manager and involves regular collaboration with colleagues across international offices and sector groups.

The Role
This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute directly to the firm’s growth strategy by supporting marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and assisting with business development activity. You’ll work closely with partners, lawyers, and the wider MBD team to deliver impactful campaigns, develop client relationships, and uncover new opportunities.

The Role:
Work with the Ireland MBD Manager to support the implementation of business plans and strategic projects.
Identify and coordinate participation in sector events and sponsorships, ensuring post-event follow-up and ROI analysis.
Plan and manage firm-hosted events, seminars, and networking initiatives.
Assist with preparing tailored pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
Support digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media content, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces.
Maintain and develop the firm’s social media presence, particularly LinkedIn, ensuring consistency and engagement.
Track performance of marketing campaigns and BD initiatives, providing insights for improvement.
Manage the business development pipeline and CRM system, ensuring accurate recording of client interactions.
Coordinate legal directory submissions and interview preparations.
Contribute to BD strategies across practice areas, tailoring activities to target markets and sectors.
The Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, reliability, and a genuine interest in professional services marketing and business development.
You should have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing/BD role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
A strong track record in delivering marketing and BD campaigns
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
A self-starter attitude with the ability to own and drive projects to completion
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle deadlines and stakeholders
Sharp attention to detail across written content and presentation materials
Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Experience with CRM systems such as Dealcloud is a plus.
