Reporting directly to the Joint CEO, the successful candidate will be accountable for progressing the full sales cycle,achievingclearlydefinedsales KPIs, andmaintainingahigh levelofdailycommercialactivity.

Managethefullsalescyclefromleadgenerationtodealclosewithweeklyandmonthly reporting on progress against agreed KPIs.
Deliversustaineddailysalesactivityfocusedongeneratingqualifiedleadsandbuildingstrong broker and intermediary relationships.
Workdirectlywiththe Joint CEOtodefinesalestargets,forecastingmetrics,andperformance expectations.
Provide CRM-basedreporting,includingconversionrates,pipelinehealth,andsales projections.
Identifyandactivelypursuenewbusinessopportunitiesthroughresearch,outreach, networking, and direct sales engagement.
CRM Ownership Ownthestructureandoptimisationof Salesforce CRM,ensuringaccuratedataentry,pipeline management, and reporting.
Manage permissions, content structure, and dashboard development to support sales effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications Minimum2+years'experienceinasales-focusedrole,preferablywithinbanking,finance, lending, or professional services.
Demonstratedsuccessinmeetingorexceedingsales KPIs.
Provenexperienceinclosingdealswithcommercialclientsorintermediaries.
Strong CRMskills(Salesforceorsimilar).
Strongorganisationalskillsandattentiontodetail.
Excellentcommunicationskillsacrosswritten,verbal,andpresentationformats.
Abilitytodesignandexecutetargetedsalescampaignsusingresearch,outreach,andcold calling.
Stronganalyticalskills,includingproficiencywith Excelfordataanalysis.
