Our multinational client in Dublin West has an exciting opportunity for a HR Operations Specialist to join their team on an 11-month contract. The role offers the possibility of working fully remote or in a hybrid setup.
This position is responsible for HR support and delivery, providing comprehensive HR services in a high-volume environment, aligned with HR policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
1. Primary Point of Contact: Handle HR queries via a ticketing system, organizing cases by transactions.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end processes from onboarding onwards.
3. Record Maintenance: Keep accurate employee records.
4. HR Support: Provide assistance to the wider centre of excellence.
5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to local HR legislation.
6. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and report findings.
7. Technology Support: Assist with testing HR technology advancements.
8. Ad-hoc Support: Perform any additional HR-related tasks as needed.
Experience and Qualifications
* At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
* HR qualification.
* Experience with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
* Excellent communication skills.
