Job Title: Financial Transaction Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage financial transactions, reconcile accounts and provide support in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process and manage accounts payable ensuring timely payment of invoices.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve payment issues.
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
* Provide support during audits and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in accounts payable preferably in a retail setting.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Accounting qualification is a plus.
