Engineering Manager – Automation
This is a strategic leadership role reporting to the Head of Engineering.
You will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing advanced automated systems, driving process improvements, and shaping the site's technology strategy for the future
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead adoption and integration of advanced automation and digital manufacturing technologies .
Solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement .
Manage multiple projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and forward - thinking problem-solving.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related field).
Minimum 5 years' experience in technical leadership, preferably in regulated or medical device manufacturing.
Strong expertise in automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing systems .
Broad technical knowledge and a future-focused mindset, capable of introducing innovative solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD or other design/facility software preferred.
