Job Title: Production Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to oversee all molding operations, drive efficiency and productivity, and lead a high-performing team.
* - At least 5 years experience in Injection Molding Medical Device manufacturing facility and General manufacturing operations in a similar high-volume production role.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. They must be able to analyze performance data and present actionable insights. Additionally, they should be able to collaborate with all levels of the business.
A results-driven approach with a knack for problem-solving and continuous improvement is essential. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and techniques is also required.
