My client, a leading Facilities provider, is seeking a Business Development Director to accelerate growth across Ireland. This is a pivotal role where you'll influence market direction, secure high-value contracts, and create tailored solutions that deliver measurable value for clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of growth strategies across Facilities Management (soft services).
* Identify, target, and convert new opportunities, building a strong pipeline across both public and private sectors.
* Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
* Manage the full bid lifecycle, from solution design and tender submission through to successful negotiation and contract award.
* Collaborate with operational and mobilisation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
* Proven track record in senior business development within FM.
* Strong commercial acumen, with experience in developing complex IFM solutions and managing P&L.
* Excellent influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills at board level.
* Demonstrated ability to win and mobilise multi-service, high-value contracts.
