Key skills and prior experience A minimum of a third-level degree in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline Proven experience leading and delivering complex data-related projects, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve outstanding results Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and providing expert advice based on industry best practices Commercial experience in information and data management, with familiarity in enterprise-grade data architecture technologies such as Cloudera CDP, Azure Databricks, and cloud-native environments What type of work will I be doing? Scoping, designing, and leading the implementation of scalable data solutions and models using open source and proprietary technologies Developing technical specifications and architecture designs for data storage and management aligned with enterprise standards Ensuring data security and integrity are embedded within all architectural designs Leading and mentoring data analysts and engineers to deliver solutions aligned with target architectures Collaborating across Deloitte's Technology and Transformation business areas to integrate data capabilities with broader organisational goals Managing client engagements across various industries, building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities Coaching junior team members, aligning their responsibilities with their professional development objectives Who is the Hiring Manager?
