 
        We are looking for a Full-time Catering Support Manager to join our team in West of IrelandWorking pattern Monday- Friday from 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00*Driving is mandatory for this role*Main duties and responsibilities:Coach & train the catering teams to enhance skills and knowledgeOversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring each site delivers consistent service, quality, and client satisfaction.Fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, ensuring compliance delivery of our catering training modulesCollaborate with our leadership team on new initiatives, menu rollouts, promotional campaigns, and future openings.Work closely with marketing, HR, training, and culinary teams to deliver company objectives and support continuous innovation.Responsibility for organizing chef relief coverBudget Responsibility for regional Food Costs Performance.Food Safety Compliance ResponsibilityRequirements:Food hygiene qualification (minimum Food Safety/HACCP Level 2) with awareness of HACCP principles.Proficient in stock management and cost control.Experience in employee performance assessment and team developmentFlexibility and adaptability with attention to detail, and a self-starting attitudeExcellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (verbal, written, and IT/reporting)Ability to work as part of a teamWe are looking forward to hearing from youIND1
