The Role Lead financial operations for our growing client base Deliver accurate management accounts and reporting Work hands-on with Xero and modern AI based accounting tools Bring recent practice experience to shape processes and mentor others Grow into a Senior Practice Accountant role with leadership responsibilities What Were Looking For Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA) Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and compliance Strong proficiency with Xero Ambitious, commercially sharp, and ready to make an impact Why Join Us?
