The Role of Working Site Foreman
As a Working Site Foreman at Summerhill Construction, you will oversee all general work activities onsite, ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications.
You will work closely with site personnel to deliver projects to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling, coordinating, and supervising projects to ensure timely delivery, while implementing company and legal regulations.
* Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety onsite.
* Managing equipment and materials to optimize efficiency.
* Liaising with QS and Purchasing to requisition materials/plant/labour as required.
* Providing updates to Project Manager/Contracts Manager/Construction Director.
* Maintaining daily records and uploading them to relevant project management software.
* Conducting site inspections and risk assessments to ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently.
Requirements
* Valid Safe Pass certification.
* Experience managing teams and large volumes of subcontractors.
* Excellent people skills with proven leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others.
* Ability to work to deadlines and meet project timelines.
* Enthusiastic, committed self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* QEHS Management Skills.
* First Aid Trained.
* Knowledge of Current Technical Building Regulations.
* Knowledge of Current Construction Methods.
* IT Literate.
* Site Organisation Skills.
