Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Domestic Contracts Manager located in Oranmore.
The Domestic Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing domestic contracts, managing the installation process, coordinating with clients and contractors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Contract Management and Project Management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Experience in the construction or building industry Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with CRM software is a plus Autocad skill and Knowledge an advantage Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or proven track record of competency and ability
