We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager who will work in a hybrid role, based onsite in Belfast and partially remote. You will join the PMO team and work closely with the wider Codec team and our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage larger and more complex projects, potentially overseeing multiple projects with several customers in parallel.Maintain project data, planning and forecasting in Codec’s PM tool Projector.Manage all aspects of the projects from pre‑sales through implementation and handover to operational support.Serve as the primary point of contact and single point of accountability for the projects.Ensure projects meet agreed scope, budget and schedule, applying change management processes when required.Identify and manage inter‑dependencies with other projects.Coordinate with internal Codec Governance structures, including the PMO, Resource Management Office (RMO) and Senior Leadership Team, to address client engagement considerations and uphold the organisation’s positive image.Formulate and update project plans and maintain project schedules.Document and manage project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID), implementing mitigating actions as needed.Report project progress in line with organisation policies and procedures.Estimate project costs as required.Manage project milestones, deliverables and resources.Required Experience5+ years’ experience in a similar role as a project manager.Experience working in large enterprise organisations, delivering business application projects, preferably within the IT industry.Experience with ERP projects (Microsoft Business Central) and CRM/Workflow projects (Microsoft Dynamics) is strongly desired but not essential.Demonstrated experience delivering projects to agreed scope, budget and schedule.Management of cross‑functional project teams.Proficiency in MS Project.Experience operating in agile, waterfall and hybrid project management styles.Experience using Projector or other professional services automation tools is preferred but not essential.Demonstrated resilience and composure in leading large, complex projects involving demanding customer stakeholders and challenging internal technical delivery teams.Required SkillsResults focused.Expert in planning with the ability to multi‑task and work to tight deadlines.Great customer care and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior | Employment Type: Full‑time | Job Function: Information Technology | Industries: IT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Codec by 2x.
