Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and support customers in the showroom, service area, and digital channels.
* Provide product knowledge on vehicles, technology, and aftersales services.
* Guide customers through features, connected services, and new model launches.
* Handle queries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution.
* Assist in vehicle handovers to ensure customers fully understand their car's features.
* Collect and share customer feedback to help enhance dealership and brand experience.
* Support marketing and customer engagement events within the dealership.
* Maintain records on the CRM system and follow up proactively with customers.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must hold a clean Driving Licence.
* Previous experience in customer service, automotive retail, or a related sector is highly desired.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an enthusiasm for cars, technology, and customer-first mindset is essential.
* Proficient with CRM systems, digital tools, and MS Office is essential.
