HR Business Partner Role
A talented and experienced HR professional is required to support diverse business units and management teams across an organisation with their human resources needs.
The Job Overview:
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will cover a wide range of HR activities and initiatives including employee engagement, cultural development, talent management and organisational change.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Third-level degree qualified or higher in HR, business studies or a related discipline;
* 3-4+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or similar level role ideally;
* Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel;
* Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal and engagement skills;
* Proven ability to work on your own initiative and deliver on HR projects.
The Benefits Package:
This role offers a maternity leave contract with a minimum duration of 12 months. The salary will depend on the candidate's skills and experience.
Work-Life Balance:
This role will be a hybrid mix of 2 days office based / 3 days remote so could suit candidates based in the surrounding counties also.
