Quality Analyst - Danish, Dutch, Hungarian, or Swedish speaking
We are looking for Danish, Dutch, Hungarian, or Swedish-speakingQuality Analyststo join our dynamic team in Dublin. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our operations meet the highest quality standards by monitoring, evaluating, and supporting the performance of our representatives. You will act as a mentor and coach, providing feedback that drives continuous improvement and helps our teams deliver excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and evaluate representatives’ performance, providing feedback, coaching, and support.
* Conduct training sessions on quality standards and market-specific requirements.
* Collaborate with team leads and management to reinforce quality processes.
* Provide backup support to the training department when required.
* Deliver “just-in-time” training on new or updated content policies.
* Perform data analysis and reporting to track trends and quality outcomes.
* Investigate and resolve escalations regarding decision accuracy and policy clarity.
* Mentor auditors in the use of tools and audit systems.
* Develop documentation, share feedback, and recommend improvements to processes and tools.
* Handle administrative tasks and contribute to ad-hoc quality initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Language Skills:Fluency in Danish, Dutch, Hungarian, or Swedish and English (C1 or above).
* Experience:Previous experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or quality assurance within the social media or online content industry.
* Cultural Knowledge:Strong insight into local culture and current affairs.
* Technical Skills:Proficiency in Excel with the ability to create both qualitative and quantitative reports. Knowledge of AI trends is a plus.
* Soft Skills:Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of handling challenges, building relationships, and driving improvements.
* Attributes:Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure across different shifts.
* Education:Bachelor’s degree required.
