Service Advisor Opportunity, Customer Service Role for Aftersales Expertise.
As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing aftersales revenue. Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with day-to-day administration and management of the service department
• Developing strong relationships with customers, anticipating their needs, and exceeding expectations
• Coordinating appointment bookings, job scheduling, and communication with internal departments
• Preparing repair estimates, final invoicing, and processing warranty claims
• Maintaining up-to-date product and technical knowledge across various passenger cars
• Monitoring job status and communicating effectively with customers
• Collaborating with after-sales teams to meet agreed targets and deadlines
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential
• Be highly motivated and able to work independently
• Previous experience in the motor industry is desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and experience with CDK/Kerridge would be advantageous
• Demonstrate a strong interest and knowledge of the motor industry
• Full, clean driving licence
