Job Description:
* Lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
In addition to these qualifications,a degree level qualificationin healthcare field would be beneficial.
