Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring timely and efficient production of quality products. This involves leading a team to meet targets in terms of customer delivery, product quality and cost while maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead & co-ordinate day-to-day activities of the shift team to ensure production schedules are met;
* Schedule machines running status, escalations & corrective action to achieve shift targets;
* Maintain regular communication with team through visual management systems;
* Responsible for operator training across production cells.
The Production Manager will also lead on continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools and collaborate with other departments as needed.">
