Reperio has partnered with a cutting-edge health tech company that's reshaping the way clinical trials are run across the globe. They are now seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their growing team in Dublin.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll take the lead in designing, automating, and scaling cloud infrastructure. You'll work with a modern toolset and a collaborative team, building systems that directly improve reliability, performance, and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
1. Designing and maintaining secure, scalable AWS infrastructure
2. Owning Kubernetes cluster management (infrastructure & lifecycle, not just deployments)
3. Creating Terraform modules and Helm charts from scratch
4. Building CI/CD pipelines (ideally in GitHub Actions)
5. Automating workflows and tooling in Python
6. Driving observability initiatives - defining what to measure, how to measure it, and acting proactively on insights
7. Partnering with development and QA teams to deliver a robust, reliable platform
Requirements:
8. Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Python, and CI/CD
9. A proven record of building new solutions - not just tweaking what already exists
10. Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, and performance management
11. Experience delivering scalable, resilient cloud platforms
12. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share knowledge and mentor others
