Client Implementation and Change Specialist - Dublin
My client, a leading global asset management company, is looking to recruit a Client Implementation and Change Specialist for their central Dublin office (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
The role will provide project management for activities related to client implementation, contracts, and distribution governance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the key contact point for all institutional client onboarding activities across EMEA investment team products.
2. Ensure operational client onboarding is delivered safely and efficiently.
3. Manage the distribution agreement and terms of business process by assisting in reducing manual processing and control risks.
4. Oversee the investment management agreement review and amendment process for all mandate clients.
5. Represent the client and distribution teams on regulatory change project forums.
Requirements for the role:
1. At least 3 years of experience working within the asset servicing industry or transfer agency space.
2. Working knowledge of the intermediated fund distribution chain.
3. Experience conducting AML/KYC checks on third-party distributors.
4. Knowledge of UCITS funds.
