* To manage the restaurant's operations, including supervising staff, controlling stock and cash, and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.

* To lead by example and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

* To work closely with the restaurant manager, team leaders, and team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and to implement improvements as needed.

* To oversee and support the overall guest experience, ensuring that every customer has a memorable dining experience.

* To maintain accurate records, including training records, incident reports, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

* Frequent written and spoken English.

* Must reside in Ireland and have a right to work.

* Prior experience required in a similar role.

* Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

* A valid driving license (optional).
