Job Title: Operational Excellence Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operational Excellence Lead to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our site leadership, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across various production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor and coach department staff to ensure efficient daily processes are activated for respective projects.
* IDentify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement through lean practices.
* Effectively manage and report on projects to site leadership using relevant technologies.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience in continuous improvement roles, with a strong track record of LLean/Continuous Improvement practices. They should also possess excellent planning and technical skills, as well as proven experience mentoring colleagues in operational excellence. Additionally, a background in production operations or med device production management would be advantageous.Key Qualifications:
