Job Description
As a skilled maintenance professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled engineering team and work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance and safety checks on production equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.
You will also be involved in diagnosing and repairing breakdowns, planning and scheduling preventive maintenance tasks, sourcing and managing spare parts, installing new production equipment, and participating in upgrades.
Our ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You should have a recognized qualification in engineering or a related discipline, and minimum 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Recognized qualification in engineering or a related discipline
* Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance
* Experience working with CNC machines and robotics is advantageous
* Familiarity with lean six sigma and/or OEE is desirable
