Based in a bustling city-center location, our welcoming Dublin team is working on a range of prestigious and innovative projects throughout Ireland.
This full-time role offers you the chance to join our busy planning and development infrastructure team and play a key role in delivering key schemes and developments across the country.
About the role
You'll be working on medium- and large-scale property development projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, retail and education.
You'll help prepare scheme designs for planning, detailed designs and tender packages, as well as subsequent monitoring on site, for roads and access, drainage, SUDs measures, water supply and utilities infrastructure associated with building projects in Dublin and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Work on medium- and large-scale property development projects across commercial, residential, retail and education sectors.
Prepare scheme designs for planning, detailed designs and tender packages.
Monitor on site for roads and access, drainage, SUDs measures, water supply and utilities infrastructure.
Qualifications and experience
Minimum of a Level 8 qualification in Civil Engineering from a recognised third level institution.
At least three years of previous experience in the design of civil engineering works.
Detailed knowledge of the applicable design standards in Ireland.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare technical reports to a high standard.
Experience in the planning and design of roads and highways, signage and markings, foul and surface water sewer networks, attenuation systems and pumping stations is beneficial.
Familiarity with drainage network design software and standard traffic modelling software is desirable.
